Shamrock Outfitters is 100% Fair Chase Oklahoma hunting. We are located in the town of Shamrock, Oklahoma which is west-central Creek county. Back in the 1900’s, this area was booming in the oil industry. This isn’t your western farm country, the land rolls with thick cover scattered with some open sage grass fields.
Our properties have been strategically planned and managed with proven methods and experience. Since 2017, we have incorporated high protein food plots during both Summer and Fall seasons. We have also implemented a feeding program during the months of May through September when the herd needs it the most.
Shamrock Outfitters takes a lot of pride in what we have accomplished during the three years of having the grounds. Our deer herds have become healthier, the bucks have put on unbelievable antler inches and their body weights have increased.
These private farms have been strictly managed and the hunting pressure has always been kept to a minimum. Just a handful of folks have ever hunted these grounds over the past several years. Tony Roberts - Owner and Guide
My name is Tony Roberts. I grew up in a hunting family and have raised my family in the outdoors as well. My wife, Shanda is a hunter/fisherwoman and has taken several species such as whitetail deer, wild turkeys, and wild hogs and has also caught a variety of saltwater fish. My daughter, Amber started at a very early age and is still an avid hunter and is also an outdoor writer for GON publication. My son, Hudson, is still a young boy but he still gets out there with us in the outdoors, whether we are in the woods or on the open waters, he is there. Give him a few more years and he will be ready to get on a stand.
A dream of mine has always been to one day own an Offshore fishing charter business, which I opened last year (360 Offshore) and a hunting outfitter business (Shamrock Outfitters). Seeing folks harvest their first deer, turkey, or even their biggest game to date, and maybe reeling in big red snapper or grouper, has always been a passion of mine. Now to be able to share these grounds with other people who will come as guest but leave our place as friends, warms my heart.
We acquired this land with hopes of growing big deer and having a place to share with my friends and family. After a couple of years, I realized that this property would be the perfect place to start my business. We have put in many hours of hard work, clearing ground, finding the right stand placement, and feeding our herds to get the right combination. I truly believe that we have reached that goal.

Roger Petty - Guide / Sales & Marketing
Howdy! My name is Roger Petty and I live in McDonough, Ga. My family consist of my wife, three grown children, and four amazing grandkids. I am a self-taught hunter that started at an early age. Being an avid turkey hunter, I travel to several states each year in pursuit of the elusive gobbler. My goal each and every year is to get a child or newbie involved in the outdoors, whether it’s turkey hunting, deer hunting, or hog hunting, it warms my heart with hopes that they will get the “hunting bug” like I did so many years ago.
I worked for a televised hunting show for several years and still film several of my hunts each year. I am a Prostaffer for the best camouflage company on the market, Mossy Oak, which I wear on every hunt. I also Prostaff for Legacy Premium Game Calls, the makers of the Roger Petty Signature Series call, “ Slobberknocker”, which has wreaked havoc on many gobblers across the United States. I am also a Field-staffer for Patternmaster choke tubes, my choke tube of choice when it comes to turkey hunting.
What started out as a piece of ground with my best friend, Tony Roberts, turned in a hunter’s paradise. Our property has reached the potential to be shared with people other than our friends and family. I look forward to being one of your guides during your visit to Shamrock Outfitters. We will have fun, eat well, and hopefully create a memory that will last a lifetime.

My name is Shane Warman. I am married with 4 kids, 1 granddaughter and one more on the way. I developed a love for hunting and the outdoors around 15 years of age. Being raised by my mother, who is not a hunter, I had to learn from other family and friends along the way. Majority of my time in the woods has been by myself and as much as I enjoy hunting alone, it just isn't the same as getting to experience the great outdoors with family and friends.
My youngest daughter, Ruby, has been bitten by the hunting bug and has tagged along on some very fun, interesting hunts. I believe I have a definite hunting buddy for life, and I can't think of anything better than that. I enjoy taking kids and first timers out to experience hunting or fishing. Something about sharing their first harvest is just as exciting as it would be if it were my own.
Telling stories of past hunts, reminiscing about wild and crazy experiences in the woods, strategizing for the next day’s hunt, discussing plans to change stand sites, planting food plots, putting out trail cameras to gain knowledge of deer patterns, studying best routes to access certain areas, watching wind direction, and figuring out what stands are best to hunt in those conditions are all things that I look forward to when we all gather around at deer camp.
I met Roger Petty many years ago on a hunting forum and have developed a great friendship from that. I've lived and hunted most of my life in Oklahoma so when I got a call from Roger in 2017 saying they purchased a hunting lease, not far from where I live, and was asked to join the team to assist with trail cameras, feeding and food plots, to say I was excited would be an understatement. The first time on the land was as exciting as it could be anytime you step foot on new, unknown hunting grounds. The anticipation for the first time, checking trail cameras to see what lurked on the land was like Christmas morning as a little kid, and wasn't disappointing as good mature bucks started showing themselves to the cameras. Developing a feeding schedule and establishing food plots to better the deer herd and habitat has been no easy task but the rewards of seeing the benefits in the deer make it all worth it.
I am excited to continue this journey with Shamrock Outfitters and look forward to meeting and serving the hunting community to the best of my ability. Thank you and God bless.
Amanda McGinnis - Waterfowl Guide
Hey Yall,
I am Amanda McGinnis, and you will hardly ever see me without my side kick, Limit. She is the most loveable, strong driven, chocolate lab there is! This is our 7th season hunting together and if she can’t go with me… I rather just not go! I am an avid hunter, but my passion is duck hunting. I have been hunting for over 15 years with my dad and brother, but now I get to teach and enjoy it with my 10-year-old son, Adam.
My favorite states to hunt have been Florida, Missouri, and Arkansas! I have always dreamed of hunting the great state of Oklahoma and look forward to the opportunities of guiding you! Duck hunting isn’t about how many you can kill, but about the memories you make with friends and family while doing it!
